Mullein Gummies Recipe: *These gummies in the photo are dark because Becca makes her own blueberry juice and added that to give the gummies a good flavor. You can add any juice you want to add flavor. Ingredients: • 2 cups strong mullein tea (made from dried mullein leaves and/or flowers) • ¼ cup honey (or maple syrup for a vegan option) • 3 tbsp gelatin (or 4 tbsp agar powder for a vegan version) • 1 tbsp lemon juice (optional, for flavor and extra vitamin C) • ½ tsp ginger powder (optional, for added immune support) Instructions: 1. Make the Mullein Tea: • Steep 2 tbsp of dried mullein leaves and flowers in 2.5 cups of hot water for 15–20 minutes. • Strain the tea using a fine mesh strainer or cheesecloth to remove the tiny hairs. • Measure out 2 cups of the tea for the recipe. 2.
